I'll probably pass on Skyrim as I still haven't finished Oblivion or Morrowind for that matter. I may have to settle for a sort of Deus Ex 'light' in Hard Reset. I'm hoping for a good sale on Assassins Creed: Revelations and Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Otherwise I have my eye on a few games, but money is extremely tight so I may end up with nothing at all! Depends on the deals. Will have to watch it and see if it comes up again during the sale. So, I don't know if it was just a fluke or a sign of a sale to come, because I was sure it wasn't £5.09 during the daily deal! I noticed during the switchover that Dead Island was, for about a minute, 83% off at £5.09! By the time I'd added it to my cart and gone to checkout the daily sale had ended and it was back at today's price of £20.09. Thanks Stephen, I wanted to post a full list but didn't have time. Good hunting folks, I hope you all find something your going to like this Christmas. Some of the others I've not had chance to play yet such as Xotic and swords & soldiers so can give an opinion. The rest such as the Binding of Issac (the developer of Gish and Super Meatboy), Waves and Tobe's vertical Adventure are also excellent. Of the others above I highly recommend Blocks that Matter, Rock of Ages and Sideways: New York. some of those games have already been included in the 'pay what you want' Indie bundles that we have been treated to over the past few months (Jamestown and Eufloria). the awesome indie bundle contains Blocks that Matter, Eufloria, Jamestown, Rock of Ages, Sideways: New York, Swords & Soldiers HD, The Binding of Issac, Tobe's Vertical Adventure, Waves and Xotic all for £13.49. (Each Indie bundle has 10 excellent titles) (e.g. I've already got most of the games included in the three I saw and all are at rock bottom prices. There's also some indie packs that look excellent. I've just got Bunch of heroes so can't say anything about it yet, but it looks good. Amnesia The Dark Descent is also a fabulous and scary point and click adventure game from the developer of the Penumbra series. That said it may be worth checking the Telltale developer pack as you will get all of the above Sam & Max games plus all of the other Telltales other titles such as Tales of Monkey Island, Wallace & Grommit, Back to the Future, Puzzle Agent 1 & 2, Jurassic Park: The Game, Bone complete plus several others all for 74% off (total bundle worth over £200). The Sam & Max deal comes with the whole Sam & Max series (Season 1, Season 2 and The Devils Playhouse). Tha Sam & Max and the Pendelo Adventure pack are both excellent point and click adventure games that are well worth buying. With the trend to convert paid for online games to free online games with extra content purchasable through the game, I'm hoping Rift will be converted to free sometime in the not too distant future. Rift I'd love to play, but I don't purchase games that require you to pay a monthly fee. You can use a program called Steam mover that allows you to install Steam games on a seperate disc and still play them as though they are on the steam disc. At least now I'm hoping I'll be able to install all my games. My Steam disc on my old computer (a 2TB disc) was full. I can't say much about Singularity at the moment as although I've had it since the summer sale I've not had chance to play it yet. Though there are two decent DLC's available that may add a little more time. None actually add any real content to the game, just cosmetic changes. There's DLC for Fable III, some of it a waste of time for example a dog suit or the ability to change the breed of your dog companion or a steam punk suit. You'll be lucky if you get 30 hours game play out of the game. Fable III is okay, but the campaign is really short. Of the above I highly recommend Metro 2033 and Just Cause 2 You need DX10 for the latter game which basically means you can't play it on an XP operating system. Pendulo Adventure Pack - includes the three Runaway games and The Next Big Thing. So you'll have plenty of chance to purchase the games that you've been thinking of purchasing that weren't included in the even better daily sales. Usually the last day of the sale repeats the most popular deals that have already been included. Other games that may be anything from 25% to 50% off or more may end up in the daily deals so it's worth waiting until near the end of the Christmas sale just in case they are included in the daily sale as you'll get even more off. It's definitely worth visitng every day to see what the one day offers are because you may get some amazing bargains. It's just as easy for anyone to go and see what's on offer every day. I'm not going to post details of individual games like I have done in the past.
